Triple tragedy strikes victim Premsagar’s kin

Hyderabad: Gulf worker Premsagar's family has been hit by a triple whammy. On April 8, his paternal grandmother Ashtam Muthyamma passed away due to age-related health issues. The family performed her final rites on April 9. His sister and brother-in-law, Bhumesh, returned to their home in neighbouring Bhainsa on Thursday. On Friday, Bhumesh met with a bike accident.
However, they did not inform Premsagar's family at Soan about the accident, as they were still grieving. On Friday evening, the family travelled to Bhainsa to be with Bhumesh. While they were at the hospital, Premsagar made a video call to his younger brother Sandeep, his mother Laxmi, and his father Sayanna alias Fakir, and spoke to them.
Since the family was already grieving Muthyamma's loss and in pain due to Bhumesh's accident, Sandeep did not inform Premsagar's wife, Pramila, and his parents about Premsagar's death. "She (Pramila) had a paralytic stroke during delivery and survived with great difficulty. She is yet to recover so I am not able to gather the courage to tell her about his death," Sandeep said.- reports Pinto Deepak
